Every bow is handcrafted by me, myself, & I. My TAT is typically 21 business days. Please assure you select the correct size and style you would like this made in. All orders are final, there are no refunds given at any time. TAT is only the time it takes for me to make the product and hand it off to USPS (we ship Ground Advantage that includes tracking number). All USPS delays and shipping issues are completely out of my hands but I am 100% willing to work alongside you to figure out what can be done! If there is an issue with your order that is due to me, please let me know ASAP so I can correct the issue or give you shop credit. My TAT does not include holidays or weekends, I take these days to spend with my family as I am a mother of 4 babies too.
